Can i file a cheque bounce case against online shopping merchant

Sir, I have bought a mobile through online shopping, from a seller called Syberplace.com located in Hyderabad. But they did not deliver the product. On my repeated queries they issued me a post dated cheque for the amount as refund. Now when the date mature, I deposited it, and has bounced. The Amount is 7300 Rupees. What action can i take

You need to send them a legal notice for cheque bounce. If they do not reply back to the legal notice within 15 days you may file a case under section 138 in the court. There is a limitation period under which u need file the case.
