Booking refund cheque bounced and same property sold by joint owners

I had paid Rs.2 lakhs to one Hubli apartment owner for documents and booking in joint names of son and mother through RTGS to joint account. He closed account after drawing full amount and after lot of follow ups sent me few papers which were of no use and with the help of police i could get a cheque for full amount, which bounced in January 2021. Case going on and though he got 9 arrest warrants judge recalled the arrest warrants without me or my advocate present and without our NOC.
