Blank signed Security cheques misuse

Sir/Ma'am maine 2024 mai ek loan liya tha 30000 ka . Maine 5 blank signed cheques diye the security mai. Iska ek agreement hua tha lekin muje uska photo nhi diya gaya. Maine 24 installation of 2300 each Google pay se payment kiya hai . Mera loan pura ho gaya lekin vo blank signed cheques return nhi kar raha

It is a serious matter that your security cheques are being withheld after full repayment. Since you have paid ₹55,200 via Google Pay, you have solid digital evidence that the loan is closed. Don’t panic and consult an advocate. Thank you

Hello, Don't worry if u have all the proofs and sure about your closure your loan account. just put a call and email to your lender, stating the facts and wait for their reply. in case if they don't respond (which I'm assuming they won't) move an application or legal notice by your lawyer to their higher officials. and till then your bank needs to be instructed to release payment on Standing instructions for these cheque number, u have given while availing loan facility. Just get updated and u have any further query, feel free to ask
