Blank cheque was given to repay 50,000 but other party put 450000

Sir I have to pay 50000. But he bade put 450000. in cheque . What can be done. I had give up him a blank check
First of all, is there a agreement or a MoU executed with respect why blank cheque and why you have to pay 50,000/-? Second of all, send him a notice informing him that he is misusing the cheque. Thirdly give a police complaint that cheque is possibly misused and Lastly depending on circumstances (first point and following other points) block the cheque by calling the bank official.
