Accussed is arrested under different FIR case under section 318(4) bns

Hello team,
My question is that cheque bounce case sentence in my case is imprisonment for accussed 5 months,we are nearing one month over the judgement as there is no compensation amount from accussed the sentence needs to be executed soon but the accussed already in jail for the different FIR case section 318(4) bnc,in this situation how my case imprisonment will be executed?
Will this be seperate punishment to accussed or parallel punishment to accussed in jail. Pls provide the legal advice

the court already pass an order in favour complainant the accused direct to pay cheque amount failing which imprisonment execute the warrant You can file appeal and claim the compensation the appeal court given direction against accused to deposit cheque amout along with compensation. as per Negotiable Instrument Act
