Accused is ready to pay cheque amount before hearing what to do

i want to knew my cheque case is posted for argument, i am complainant in the case, if the accused ready to pay the cheque amount before the court what will be happen and if the accused ready to settle the cheque amount i am excepting the some legal expenses incurred for the past 3 years it is possiable to ask the expenses if the accused ready to pay the cheque amount

If the accused is ready to pay then before the court date he can provide you a cheque which would not bounce or amount in cash and on the date, you can tell the court that you have received the money. If you are praying for compensation then you can ask the court to give you relief and refund the amount you have spent all these years in the case and ask the court to dispose of the case.
