Accused absconded and missing after judgement received

In my case, judgement received for accused sentence of 5 months imprisonment along with compensation of cheque amount.Accussed absconded and missing.How do I proceed further to get my recovery amount,accused is having own house in his name Is it possible for me to attach the property document in my cheque bounce case to recover the compensation amount if I raise for review petition?

Certainly. You can use the court order by which the accused was convicted in the cheque bounce case, by filing a separate civil suit in which an attachment of the property can be sought for to satisfy your claim.

By filing EP filing a civil suit for the cheque amount plus interest and compensation, and the court can issue a non-bailable warrant (NBW) for arrest The court may publish the proclamation in a newspaper.
