Account holder name incorrect what should I do now

I have the accuse names of NI Act cases. My bank account name Loman Traders and the account owner Badshah Mia. The complainant,case the name of the accused person Badshah Miah's instead Kamrul Islam., if I get any legal remedy.
you can make an application to court and carriying out amendment in complaint stating inadvertant mistake in complaint. However, if name of account holder is not described in the instrument, then it is invalid and no case would lie on such instrument.
