Can someone please explain me the whole practical process of cheque bounce case for example..1st day ....2nd day.. etc

once a cheque is bounced you have to immediately issue a notice under section 138 read with section 141 of the negotiable instruments act.
the notice is to be issued within one month of the date of the cheque return memo.
thereafter if the accused makes the required payment within 15 days then you need not proceed with the filing of the complaint however, if the accused does not make payment within 15 days thereafter within one month you have to file the complaint
