138 के पहले समन में ना जाने पर कोई गलती तो ना होगी?

मेरे विरुद्ध समन 138 का जरी हुआ है तो हाजिर होना चाहिए या नहीं यह पहला ही समन है वो भी आज की तारीख मै हाजिर होने के लिए जब कि मै दूसरे शहर में रहता हूं तो कोई परेशानी तो ना होगी अगर अगले समन में हाजिर होना चाहता हूं
न्यायालय के आदेश का आपको सम्मान करना चाहिए और दिशा निर्देश अनुसार बताई गई तारीख को आपको कोर्ट में हाजिर होना चाहिए किंतु आप वर्तमान में कहीं बाहर हैं जिस कारण आप कोर्ट में उपस्थित नहीं हो पा रहे हो तो कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है पर अगली तारीख पर आप स्वयं उपस्थित हो जाना जिससे की गिरफ्तारी वारंट से आप बच पाएंगे
