JetAirways ticket refund issue, bought from Goibibo

Good morning,
Hope you're aware of the situation, JEtairways being in NCLT, and about 360 cr. worth of tickets purchased didn't get to fly.
I purchased 100,000 worth of airfare to Singapore and the flight were cancelled with no recourse or refund yet. Since I bought from a Goibibo which is an online company acting as booking agent, is Goibibo liable to pay me the refund? If not, can I petition to NCLT to repay the ticket refunds first before paying the banks since banks took an investment risk, not the consumers.

you can performance of this contract by the court under the Indian Contract Act and if the company cannot performance of this contract, liable refund the amount and of this cost and compensation now go to to the court way.
