Internet blockage and bad service

My plan from a broadband company promises unlimited data at 50 Mbps for 700 per month. But the internet disconnects very often and for the past 2 days they are cutting of internet from 11 in the night to 11 in the morning. How can I redeem my money back and also have them pay for this legal bill if I file a case against them ?

This falls under deficiency of service by Internet service provider and sufficient remedies are available as a consumer before consumer forum in your local area. Prior to that, you can also approach the National consumer helpline and register a complaint on the public portal. In case this does not resolve your issue, you can go ahead and send them a legal notice and thereafter file a consumer complaint, if they do not remedy the issue after receipt of legal notice.
