I am looking for a lawyer to file a case in NCLT against my ex employer, the company has not paid my full and final dues which is around 10 lac including gratuity, PF etc

You shall have to file Section 9 IBC petition before NCLT as dues including salary and pf of employee comes under Operational Debt.
But before that you will have to send a Demand Notice.
