Personal Loan/Credit Card - Injection Suit

I lost my job recently, having personal loans close to 65L, credit cards 15L and hand loans 60L. Attempted sucide, was in hospital for 15 days in icu. Currently recovering health.No money for paying credit cards, hand loans and family living. Can I file an IP? I have no assets on my name too. If it's a injection suit, what happens to my loans? Will get only temporary relief from recovery agent's? Or my loans will be consolidated to regional emi amount or will the loans be written off? Can I still work in india after injection suit or ip. Please clarify
