Filling Bankrupty for Salaried Individual

Dear Team,
I have unsecured debts of more than 20 Lakhs of 12 credit cards and 8 personal loans. Now i am unable to pay these huge amount as i have lost around 13 lakhs in stock trading.I am salaried individual with salary of 20800 only which is only my fixed income soure and also i have no asset or property on my name. As in these difficult situation i am not seeing any way to pay this amount and creditors continously calling me and visiting office and home for payments and a going thorugh mental harassment.
For this i am thinking to file bankruptcy so please consult me how to file bankrupcty for salary individual with no asset?
And after convicted bankrupt can i started my life noramlly as a salaried person?
