Credit card loan old for about more then 10 year old.

About 12 years ago I use credit card of Barclays bank. That time some amr was balance. In between I lost my job and unable to pay. After some months bank shut the business. After that about 9 to 10 years no one call me. And now abt from last 2years kotak mahindra bank started to call me for money. I have no money I have no job. Now what can I do? They are calling me and threating me that Delhi Dwarka court is issue warrant for non payment and I have to go Delhi immediately. I have no money. Even they did not send any notice. One person call me and said he call from Delhi Dwarka Police Chowki. Plz guid me.

I have a feeling it could a spam call. Firstly your card was issued by Barclays bank and not Mahindra. So I don't know how that is possible.
If Mahindra has any legal right to receive payment from you it must at least give you a Legal Notice or Demand Notice.
You don't have to worry about Dwarka court issuing non - payment warrant. You have not even been served of a demand notice. Civil court at Delhi would have to follow Civil Procedure Code, 1908.
Please contact nearest police station to lodge a case for blackmailing. Ask the local police to trace the antecedents/source of the phone number.

Sir, by the look of it appears that the amount due is very old and should be covered by limitation. But again not much can be advised without looking at the documents. You should wait for the summons to be issued in your name and received by you. Till the time you do not recieve the summons there is no need to go to Delhi.
