We Went Auction for Chit In March 2018, They Didn't Paid Till Now. What can we do?

What is the chit company( limited company or private chit,unregistered) and chit amount and number of months of your chit? If the chit was in the company like Kapil, Sriram etc you may complaint to branch manger or senior officials or customer care of the company. If its a unregistered chit company, it depends on the relationship between you and the chit fund company owner. Please provide complete details for better advice.

Is that a listed chit company or privately managed by people if its a privately managed you cannot do anything rather wait or arbitration and if its a private limited company and they have given you all required documents while announcing chit then its possible to file a suit against them.
