Partnership dispute and cheating matter what to do

sir i am partner in garment export firm and my partner cheated me i want to file a case against him can anyone help me urgently .
I suggest to follow the following steps.
1. Please check your registered partnership deed or agreement.
2. Note down the violation points in the deed or agreement.
3. Make a documentary proof for the fraudulent act done by your partner.
4. Make a draft calculation of losses in term of amount and in term of reputation etc.
5. Warning or intimation proof which you gave to your partner to do not take such action that violate the partnership deed agreement and overrules your rights.
6. Consult to a good lawyer for further legal action in proper way.
