Legal Rejected for Housing loan application

I have applied for a housing loan in a private bank. After all the process got over, they verified the documents with a lawyer. lawyer rejected the legal claiming the he needs the following documents(Memorandum of Association, Article of association,resolution copy, minutes copy) from a private finance company which was 25 years old. When i looked back for this company. i was not able to find this company. They may have closed the company. Now, what alternatives i have? what should i do get the legal cleared. Thank you

You didn't mention the details of the property, how it devolved upon etc. What role does the Private Finance Company got in this transaction or with the property? If the property was sold by the Pvt company? You can search MCA site for the details about the company if it is an incorporated entity.
