bank locker in the name of deceased parents

My mother have locker in bank her parents name and they passed away. so how shall she open the locker now? the bank is asking for the court permission. my mother are 3 sisters and 2 brothers. one brother expired and one brother is abroad.

first of all confirm us that wether locker was in ur monther name or parents of your mother name . you have to file legal hier certificate and proceed

If your mother's parents has not nominated anyone to locker after their death then your mother need to obtain legal heir certificate from court to open the locker.. And if she want to operate that locker individually then she have to take no objection affidavit from other legal heirs... And the one who had died ,his legal heirs wil give no objection affidavit on behalf of him

Hello client hey.in this matter first u have to let us know that from how many years the locker is been taken by Ur grand parents.second are all the brothers and sisters are in good relationship or not.third thing in which bank the locker is present.fourth thing bank is right but it need to follow the process

Go to court and ask decree signed by judged after making settlement between all brothers and sister who are alive now.
Then provide that decree to bank along with other documents. if not works then contact again.
