Bank freezes our current icici bank account

Dear Sir I am from Raipur, My company is doing Matrimony and E-commerce Business .We have our current bank account in Raipur and that account is freeze since one year when I went to meet Branch Manager he suggested to mail you for our freeze account . This account is freeze from last year and Humsafar Internet Services is registered on my Sisters name . Sir I have mailed thrice to Cyber cell Agra but yesterday they replied only: " Come to our office Agra Police Line on 11 am." Sir my HO is Raipur and they are asking me to come Agra We are facing many problems because we are not be able to operate our account. . Sir, waiting for your prompt response.

Sir to regularize your current account you have to just write an application to manager and regarding the cyber cell you need to talk to the person telephonically and tell him about the reason for non appearance in cyber cell
