Bank Account Traced By Bank To Apply Hold

My bank account got hold through recovery person of co-operative housing society and when I cheched with bank manager he said we traced your account number through your name and branch code provided by recovery person but bank manager failed to provide recovery certificate and court order to trace my account... Kindly guide me so that I can take action on sbi bank.
Bank can freeze account only on court order or valid recovery certificate. Freezing on society recovery agent’s request is illegal. Seek written order, complain to SBI higher authority/RBI Ombudsman as per the concerned provisions of law.

Demand the Recovery Certificate or Court Order in writing from SBI. If they fail to provide legal proof for the hold, file a formal complaint with the Banking Ombudsman for unauthorized freezing as per the concerned provisions of law.
