Meri service break 3 day ho gayi hi due to arrest by civil police. Case is pending. Kya Mujhe pension milegi? Case pending hi.
Dear device break hone say pension ka Koi relationship nahi hay. If you are convicted by court in criminal cases then your pension and services will be forfeited. If you are not convicted and free from criminal charges then your service and pension both r safe. You have not given full details. Kindly upload all the relevant papers.
