You will have to move to Hon'ble Supreme Court against any order passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal. High Court does not have jurisdiction. This has been settled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. So file an appeal in the Hon'ble Supreme Court within 30 days from the date of order. Delay may be condoned. Do not file it in High Court as you will be wasting time and money.

An appeal against an order of Armed Forces Tribunal lies in Supreme Court You should have made a request to AFT which passed order for a right to appeal. If you made an request and it was turned down then you may file a Special Leave Petition in Supreme Court. Limitation period 30 days

Sir/Madam, the appellate court for the appeal against the orders, directions or decree of Armed Forces Tribunal is Hon'ble Supreme Court. Also the appeal must be filed withing the limitation i.e. within time period prescribed in the Armed Forces Tribunal Act.
