What is the eligibility to ask for Disability pension in AFT

Discharged on superannuation on 31 Jan 17. Disability primary hypertension 30%for life time by RMB Neither aggravated nor attributable to service.. Disability pension denied by Air force authority. Pl advise whether eligible for disability pension or not.

As you have discharged from air force on superannuation with low medical category disability primary Hypertension with 30% NANA. As per Pension Regulations you are not but as per Court orders you are illegible for disability Pension. So better you contact an Advocate for filing the case in AFT. You will get the disability Pension
