Hi, As per the details provided by you, you are eligible for the pension. In a case of NCO removed from service for plural marriage are eligible for pension as per cases decided by various courts of law. However, you were commissioned in 1977 and terms & condition changes after commissioning, still, you can succeed in taking a pension. secondly, if you were removed/release/discharge in LMC you are also eligible for disability pension. If you approach AFT you have a good case. Although there is a delay of 30 years but you can pray for condonation of delay which is granted liberally if you are able to justify the delay. All the best
