Respected Sir , nI'm in army employee since 7 years and last 3 years had been facing a divorce issue in civil court also my wife has done so many complaints in army regarding the maintenance requirements and army facilities. So I told officer's my wife has done maintenance based proper law petition Crpc125,Section 24,DV act in civil court .So that no need to entertain in army about maintenance i requesting to higher authorities also pls stop to this unlawful procedure of maintenance but officer's are highly threatened,and issued a warning notices to me only because I complaints about officer's bad , unhumblyness behaviour towards me, they always show's the sympathy towards my wife. So that they mentally torture me in unit , didn't gives leave on time , and highly threatened. Sothat I complaints through my parents in Awwa and defence secretary but not after that they are well behaved. Afte that I applied a leave of 10 day's after a 5 month's in course. I requested also on phone butdon
