The detailed information is required to resolve your query as there are ample powers vested with the Armed Forces Tribunal to direct reinstatement in cases where there are patent irregularities and abuse of power and procedure by the discharging authority, it is advisable to consult with your documents, so that accurate advice may be given.

If you have been discharged from service due to being absent without leave the remedy will lie in the Armed Force Tribunal for seeking reinstatement to service and against wrongful discharge/termination.
