Removed from service re joining

I served in Central Defense Force I was removed in 2009 I applied to management several times but no response can I now file a case against my removed in court
First you need to file an appeal against your dismissal from service and depending on the response from the authority you can proceed further by filing a case before the Armed Forces Tribunal to get appropriate relief.
