Red entry given due to unapproved leave, what to do?

Sir I applied leave for my wife's treatment but leave cancelled by station adjutant on remarks that your charge trail pending then i went home after coming back he told you went without informing and red entry given can i raise this issue in aft
Dear you need to produce the relevant documents before proceeding of this case as mentioned the treatment paper after that can very well approach first to AOC-IN-C AFTER THAT CAS THAN ONLY CAN file the same in AFT.
