Procedure to fight against medical negligence and scams

Sir I am an ex nb/sub medical board out in s2 medical category on April 16 by the conspiracy of my co & psychiatric specialist.before this incidence in my whole service I was always in med cat shape1.from begning to end all medical documents including movement orders form 10 & doctor opinion medical test & daily patient assessment report held with me which is in my fovour but because co was against me & he again & again give negative report in form 10 was the base of my medical board out.many scams & irregularities running in unit which are captured by me in unit also held with me. So kindly suggest me how & where I fight case against these.please estimate the expense.

Medically boarded out personal can fight their case for pension and if you are wrongly boarded out you can also fight for your reinstatement in services.
