I am serving Army.my service age 17+.I have second marriage without divorce first wife on 10 Apr 2012.but we dissolved the second marriage on 01 Nov 2012.ow me and my wife staying separated.ow she filed a complain in Army headquarters on 11 Nov 2020.so that a Court of inquiry oder issued on me.After 8 yrs dissolved of second marriage she has filed a complain at army higher authority.is it possible dismiss from service?
