Pension for Air Force personnel got discharge on compassionate ground

Sir, I joined in Indian Air Force 19th June1986 year & got discharge on 14th April 1997on compassionate ground.Is there any chance to get pension for my 10 year 10 months service.Recently I heard Govt.is giving Rs.4000/- pension to those who completed 10years of service.Is that true?Kindly Reply.

Its a great pleasure to clarify your doubt because you belonged to our Armed Forces.Since, you have served the country for more than 10 years (as its a Central Govt job/service) YOU can claim the Service pension firstly through Administration Channel , if not succeeded, then ,through Legal way.So, please contact a Lawyer at your place who may be able to resolve the issue.
