No compensation even after one year of AFT Judgement
11-Sep-2024 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
Judgement was passed in AFT on 23-08-2023 but no compensation paid yet. Need to know further course of action.
you need to file execution petition before the armed forces tribunal to get the decree amount. without filing of the decree you won't be able to get the awarded compensation from the department. you have to force them through execution petition.
