INJUSTICE WHILE ISSUING POSTING ORDER ON LAST LEG POSTINGS

Sir I am serving soldier in Indian Army completing 32 years of service. I was applied for last leg posting to my Records as per policy with three choices in Maharashtra. My application was not considered stating no vacancies are available in choice stations. Record Office asked me send wider choices for consideration. However they issued my posting to Field area in eastern side unit without intimating status of my application violating posting policies. Sir can I file complaint in AFT.
Yes, you can file a Complaint in AFT. However, you have to show me the provisions exactly which have been violated, so that, accordingly we can prepare a Complaint Petition to be submitted to AFT for resolution.
