Dear Client,
If the medical board has rejected you, you may file a petition before the competent Court challanging your rejection letter. This may however be helpful for providing you the exact reason for your rejection and if the Competent Court finds the same to be illegal the same may be Quashed. You may contact any local Associate for the same or you may contact me directly. But the most suitable solution will be only extended once we go through all the documents that you may have in this regard.

You have not stated what happened in re-medical. I presume you appeared for re-medical and failed. The very fact that you were called for re-medical shows the possibility that you were medically unfit temporarily and your condition could be improved. However you could not act to improve your condition since the medical letter was not written clearly. You can intimate the matter through letter to the Authority who gave you that letter and to Commandant of the Military Hospital where your medical was held. If you do not get a response or a satisfactory response, then you can write to DGMS[Navy], and if still you do not get a response or a satisfactory response, you can approach courts.
