I hv completed my 16 yrs of service in IAF. I hv tried to apply for permission to group A post on 9/10/22 in online and offline mode. Online module rejected by showing not eligible to apply as your skill level is B, required skill level is A. Offline application signed with section incharge held in no means as unsigned by higher authorities. Afterwards applied and selected as Assistant Professor in Bihar dated 23/11/22. Then I hv applied for NOC and Discharge from service to join group A post dated 25/11/22. Meanwhile I have upgraded my internal skill level to A. My application rejected at unit level itself by quoting prior permission not taken, airforce order 33/17 cancelled since 30/11/22 and as per new HRP dated 15/12/22 your application has not the merit to get considered.I am also permanently medically unfit in sevice attributable to service.Finally want to file in AFT, what's my hope.New HRP retrospectively may apply in my case or not.Plz replynThanks and regards..
you can take discharge from service subject to challenging the prevalent discharge policy. you can approach Armed Forces Tribunal or high court of competent jurisdiction subsequent to exhausting all alternative remedies.
