I have a query pertaining to the Pension Revision Case

Implementation of judgement and order dated 23.8.2012 of Hon'ble High Court of Meghalaya, Shillong Bench passed in WPC (SH) 277 of 2010 filed by Naib Subedar (Clerk) Radhakrishnan Nair of Assam Rifles and 1338 Others v/s UOI and Others. As decided by the Honorable Court, DGAR has directed by MHA vide their order no MHA U.O. 27013/2/2016 .PF.IV dated 21 June 2016 to implement parity in respect of rank, pay and status to clerical cadre of assam rifles at par with other CAPF, by introducing the rank of ASI (Warrant officer) at the entry grade wef 01 Jan 1986. As on today my basic pension is nearly 14000 and it is not yet revised. I had filed an RTI, according to the reply one my colleagues is getting pension of Rs.22000. His pension has been revised and arrears had been paid in the month of February 2017. In this matter i had raised many queries but no joy, it has been more than one year since MHA has issued the order but my case is still pending. What can i do
