Having 3rd Child Rejected For Interview In RAS2016 By RPSC Ajmer Raja

I am selected in RAS2016 in ex service men quota. I am rejected for interview because l have 3rd child after Jun 2002.RPSC Ajmer not permitted in RAS2016 interview. As an ex air force if I got some consideration for interview. Please help me out to safeguard my service.
As per a government notification in June 2000, a candidate having more than two children is not eligible for government recruitment. An employee, whose third child is born after recruitment, is not given a promotion for five years.
Though it has now been relaxed extended to the third child in case of second marriage, otherwise no other relaxation is given.
