Husband of my sister expired on November 2019 and my parents expired before November 2019. Can my sister eligible for family pension
yes , she needs to step into the shoes of legal heir of his husband, then only she can claim his pension , rest the facts are not clear , so plz call and discuss the same. legal heir certificate can be get through court
