Sir I joined army on 30-04-1966 and was medically boarded with 20% disability pension. Am I eligible for broad banding of disability pension. Thank you.
Yes. But your complete case needs to be seen. AFT has passed some judgments where in such cases relief has been given from the date of filing of such application. But you need to move an application for the same in the concerned AFT.

You have not mentioned the fact that after serving for how many years/months and days, you were medically boarded. Also it is not clear as to whether the disease was attributable to service. If you meet the requisite criteria, you will get the pension surely.

YES ,YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO GET ROUNDED OFF FOR 50% MEDICAL PENSION AND IT NEED TO PUT UP FOR REPRESENTATION ONCE OR TWICE SUBSEQUENTLY HAVE TO FILE A CASE THAN IT WILL BE ROUNDED OFF 50%. AND WILL BE IMPLEMENTED.
