Dismissed from indian airforce

Being an airmen i was dismissed from airforce on 15(2)g clause of no longer service required- not suitable for retention in indian airforce on grounds of red ink entries related to absent without leave...can i apply for govt job...is this dismissal goin to affect me anyway
