Discharged from IAF with normal pension how to apply for disability

Discharged from IAF with normal pension but Disability pension was denied in 2004 on grounds "Not Aggravated and Not Attributable to service". Now as the said clause set aside in one of the judgement of Hnble Supreme Court of India. Will it be fruitful to take up case with AFT at this stage.

Hi, yes it will be fruitful to take up the case of disability pension. The rule position now is changed and with recent judgement of Supreme Court any person retired in low medical category is entitled for disability pension. You must take chances. All the best
