27-Sep-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
I was failed 3 times in CPL promotion exam. Now in this month, authority released a policy .. under which I may be discharged from service if I am unwilling to remuster in lower group... Presently I am working as a LAC (airman) in X group. From last 3 years ... Authority pressurising me by revising different types of policy but I faught ... Now I am feeling very exhausted... They are saying in letter that I can't be utilised with in 15 years of service.. while initial engagement term for LAC is 15 years... Sir please suggest me...
