Disability and service element

14-Aug-2025 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
I served in Air force from 2013 - 2025. During service I applied for discharge 3_4 times on compassionate grounds but not considered.I did not appear for module course which was compulsory for promotion. As I did not appear in promotion exam and denied remustering (change in a lower trade) they removed me from service after 12 yrs .In this timeline I was diagnosed with adjustment disorder and it was changed to anxiety and depressive disorder(10%). Pension and disability pension will be granted?

VA Disability Compensation Regardless of the military's classification, you can file a claim with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for service-connected disability compensation. If your depressive disorder began during service or was worsened by service, the VA can rate it from 0% to 100%. If you're rated at 30% or higher, you may also be eligible for additional benefits like family support and health care.
