Clarification on stamp duties

There is any relaxation in stamps in registry of land for widow of ex-service man in armed forces.
Ther is no such clouse whereas widow and war widow are being covered unser some relief act as well as all the female are being prelivesed with such relaxation as on date in almost all the part of the Nation
