Claim disability pension from Air force based on new SC judgment?

Retd in 2002, from Air Force,suffered a heart attack in service and got CABG done.no disability pension given due to non attribulity.can I claim now inview of SC judgement.

For disability pension the opinion of the release medical board depends what opinion formed my medical board. You have to maje first appeal against rejection of the disability pension to the Air force authority
