Appeal in AFT Against the blindness policy in the corps I of signals
19-Oct-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
I am a solder of technical trade I corps of signals. Due to blindness policy of our corps the junior of other lower technical, gd, Clk, skt trades have already been promoted to jco. Then how can I appeal in the AFT in this regard
At present there is no such policy to endorse and go ahead but u can approach to concerned bench to appeal for the same to get any positive direction as u r in service and must be privileged with existing rules.

The Policy issued by Army HQ can be challenged on the grounds of inequity i.e lack of fairness or justice. You will have to challenge this policy in the Tribunal and show to the court as to how it is unfair.
Hi, if you are affected by any policy of the service, you are suggested to file a writ in the High Court because the matters of policy nature are not dealt by the AFT. However, if you are not promoted and your juniors of same trade are promoted, then you can approach to AFT.
