Any provisions under RTI to provide soldiers pay slip?

I am serving in Army since last 16 years. Someone asking my pay slip under RTI. She is just a common person.No relation between us.I would like to know that ,is there any provisions under RTI ,to provide a serving soldiers Pay slip under RTI?

No one can get any personal information of any serving employee of any organisation at any cost so better u be comfortable at your work place and devote to your profession without any tension if knocked someone we are here to extend our help at any time.

Hi, no one ask your payslip under RTI. if the information is provided, it is violation of provisions of RTI Act itself. However, as per some decisions of CIC and courts, wife can ask the same for the purpose of asking maintenance from husband.
