Airforce discharging LAC before 15 years

I am serving in IAF since 11 years as LAC. As per the policy since my enrollment , a master LAC could serve upto 15 years but now airforce framed a new policy w.e.f 2 sep 19 , according to it , master LAC shall be given discharge just after 11 years. Can I move to court against this policy because this policy????
on the face of these circular both policy are contrary to each other and direct discharge from the service with effect of this policy as retrospective is arbitrary in nature and you can challange this policy before court and i am sure you will succeed.
